This exciting CD includes the chamber works for voice and piano – Romanze da camera (Chamber Arias) – used by the composer to open his way into the Milanese high society when he arrived from his native Busseto, still unknown and eager to be appreciated. On this world premiere recording on historical piano, the amazing voices of Daniela Nuzzoli and Raul Hernandez accompanied by Marcello Rossi, are revealing the stature of the future great opera composer.
